Anna Orias
Piano Instructor
Anna has an extensive background working as a teacher and an entrepreneur in the arts since 1989. She is the founder and director of Musically Minded Academy.
She also founded and directed two other local non-profit arts’ organizations, “Funk Works Urban and Ethnic Dance Studio”, with live musicians accompanying each ethnic dance class, and “East Bay Presents”, a non-profit organization that presented concerts in intimate sized spaces in the East Bay.
She helped run a multi-million dollar book of business in a Health Plan Marketing department of one of the largest health organizations in California. She has a graduate level study of psychology and childhood neurology. She also has certificates in holistic and physical health including performance-enhancement methodologies.
Her 25+ years as an arts administrator has always emphasized building community through a wide variety of performance events.
